The application runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH (located in Germany). Technically necessary server logs (e.g. shortened IP address, timestamp, requested resource) are processed based on our legitimate interest in operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosts sign in via magic link. We process email address, display name and language preference to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The sign-in link is sent by email through our auth provider.

Players can join tournaments without an account via an anonymous session; only self-entered data (e.g. team name) is stored.

Tournament, team and result data is stored to provide the service. Public or link-shared tournaments are visible to third parties. Do not publish personal data of others without their consent.

• Supabase – database, authentication, realtime updates and delivery of sign-in emails. Processing in the EU (Frankfurt region).
• Hetzner Online GmbH – server hosting, Germany.
• Sentry – error and crash diagnostics, EU data region. Processes technical error data (e.g. browser, error context, possibly IP) based on our legitimate interest in stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Umami – analytics, self-hosted on our server. No cookies, no transfer to third parties, no cross-device tracking.

Only technically necessary session cookies for sign-in are set. No cookie-based tracking takes place, so no consent banner is required.

Data is retained as long as the associated account or tournament exists and deleted afterwards, unless legal retention obligations apply.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Please direct requests to the email address above.
